The ReSeT #20 demoparty in Coutances, France is over and it is time for the releases and the meeting reports. You can find the releases from the party – as always – on the Push’n’Pop homepage. Here are the results of the competitions:

The biggest french Amstrad CPC party, the ReSeT #20, will take place in Coutances / France from 26th-28th June 2015. Like every year, the party is organised by Eliot / Benediction. It is open to all computer enthusiast and for everyone who is intersted in coding, electronics, graphics, music, etc.. Be sure to participate if you can. You can register here.

Features:

  • Big screen
  • Competitions to show up your creativity on Amstrad
  • Latest demos released on Atari ST, Atari XL, C64 and ZX Spectrum
  • Food and Drinks included
  • Showers and Bedrooms
  • Lot of fun!

Competitions:

  • Demo: No size limit. The entry must be runnable on CPC 6128 or 6128 Plus, without any extension.
  • Intro (256b, 1k, 4k): Maximum size is 256, 1024 or 4096 bytes. The entry must be runnable on CPC 6128 or 6128 Plus, without any extension.
  • Graphics: All formats / modes are allowed. The entry must be submitted with its viewer program runnable on CPC or Plus.
  • Music: No size limit. The entry must be submitted with its player.
  • Remote entries: Allowed for every competitions.Deadline is Saturday, 27th of June.

2013_charts_results_thumb.pngThe voting phase is over and 38 people voted for their favourite demos and productions in various categories. I guess that we have a big winner this year: the Breaking Baud demo by Doz / CRTC/ 3LN. Head over to Push’n’Pop and see the result by yourself and don’t forget to have a look at the demos and productions on real hardware again :-).

Battro – small intro by the Batman Group

The Batman Group, best known for their great demo Batman Forever, just released a small intro, which contains a scoller and music. You can download and vote for it on Pouet.net.

Like last year, Push’n’Pop creates charts of the best releases for our beloved Amstrad CPC in 2014. And – like last year – you can again participate and vote for your favourite production in the categories demo, intro, game, technical achievement, graphics and soundtrack. The votes are open till the 31st January 2015, so don’t hesitate and fill out the form at Push’n’Pop (you need to be logged in).
